Responsibilities

• Skillfully prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks teas and other beverages
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging actively with clients and accommodating their orders
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and seating locations
• Oversee inventory and supplies related to coffee and beverages restocking when necessary
• Stay informed about the latest coffee trends and preparation techniques to enhance service quality
• Observe food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality of products served
• Assist with food preparation and serving when needed

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a related customer service position is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and types of coffee
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong focus on customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
