Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered family medicine care to individuals and families.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Promote preventive health and wellness strategies, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in the development and delivery of wellness programs, workshops, and community health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements
