Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities
  • Set tables and communicate with the kitchen to coordinate guest service.
  • Interact with and serve guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Clean work areas and manage supplies.
  • Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
  • Engage in hands-on work including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
  • Maintain safety, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
