A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Provides customer service in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Clears and sets up tables
• Anticipates guests’ needs by following service behaviour
• Strives to resolve all complaints during the shift and logs all complaints for follow-up
• Executes cash handling and banking procedures
• Establishes and instructs staff in cash security procedures
• Assists in the maintenance of service equipment
• Monitors standards of guest facilities and services
• Controls stock and monitors security procedures

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Ala-Carte restaurant
