Responsibilities
- Manage stock to meet performance objectives and control end-of-month inventory.
- Oversee retail store image and visual merchandising activities.
- Implement service standards and operational procedures.
- Assist and serve customers effectively, especially during peak hours.
- Ensure hygiene policies and health standards are followed.
- Supervise restaurant operations and manage shifts.
- Manage e-commerce business platforms and monitor stock availability.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the team to maximize contributions.
- Manage stock effectively to meet performance objectives by controlling end of-month inventory, overseeing order placement, and coordinating promotional activities to maximize sales and minimize loss.
- Oversee the retail store image by leading visual merchandising activities in alignment with the brand's guidelines, ensuring that manpower effectively matches operational requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of service standards and operational procedures, including the standard expiry process as per set guidelines, in addition to adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Greet, assist, and serve customers, particularly during peak hours, ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed in accordance with the company's quality and customer service standards.
- Implement adequate hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring that health and safety standards are always followed.
- Supervise various restaurant operations including participating in opening and closing procedures, checking maintenance, and managing shifts.
- Manage and supervise e-commerce business platforms, monitor daily online stock availability, meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
