Job summary

A leading exhibition agency in Dubai seeks an experienced sales professional to identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong background in custom-built exhibition stands and a proven track record in sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets are essential. A valid passport and willingness to travel across the GCC are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of sales or client servicing experience in custom-built exhibition stand companies or experiential marketing agencies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of exhibition stand design, brand activation's, and related technologies.
  • Valid passport with the ability and willingness to travel across GCC and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from client meetings to closing deals.

Responsibilities


  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, to closing deals.

  • Work closely with in-house design, project management, and production teams to deliver top-quality execution.

  • Prepare customised proposals, accurate quotations, and ensure timely client communication throughout.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.


Requirements


  • Minimum 6 years of sales or client servicing experience in custom-built exhibition stand companies or experiential marketing agencies.

  • Strong technical knowledge of exhibition stand design, brand activation's, and related technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.

  • Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with measurable outcomes.

  • Valid passport with the ability and willingness to travel across GCC and internationally.

  • Arabic speakers with exhibitions / events industry experience are preferred.
