You will ensure that pastry and bakery products meet the established standards and contribute to profitability according to corporate strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a professional diploma in Food Production and have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or in larger operations. You will be responsible to function as the production manager for pastry andbakery products in the culinary Department and to ensure the Pastryand Bakeryproducts in all outlets meet the established standards and specifications and contribute to the profitability in accordance with the standards of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and running the pastry andbakery department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications

Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Pastry Chef, or Pastry Chef in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
