A new manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Executive Manager to lead the establishment and operational launch of LV switchgear assembly. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of UAE experience in this field, a strong technical background and proven leadership in a senior role. This position offers the opportunity to shape the business from its inception and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of UAE experience in LV switchgear manufacturing or related fields.
• Proven track record in a senior management or GM role.
• Strong knowledge of LV component integration (ABB, Schneider, Legrand, Siemens, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead company setup, licensing, and operational readiness.
• Oversee LV switchgear assembly operations QA/QC.
• Manage supplier relationships and production planning.
