Executive Chef – El-Fujairah

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in El-Fujairah and will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure excellence in culinary operations, quality control, and cost-effectiveness. The salary is 1100 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years relevant work experience as Executive Chef or similar position. They should have a proven track record of excellent creative cuisine, the ability to manage a team of professionals, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Planning menus and managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including food cost control.
• Developing new recipes while maintaining quality standards.
• Working with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced when necessary.
• Selecting, training, coaching, managing, and developing kitchen staff in order to maximize their potentials.
• Ensuring that food costs are kept at an acceptable level while maintaining quality standards.
• Creating weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage while controlling overtime costs.
• Monitoring inventory levels regularly and ordering supplies accordingly to ensure availability of ingredients at all times.

Qualifications:
