Position: Operations Associate (PA)- Real Estate Experienced

Location: Dubai Hills

Type: Full-time

Start: Immediate (Inside UAE only)

Join a fast paced and entrepreneurial real estate investment advisory practice. This is the first hire in a growing private office ideal for a smart, versatile, and driven person who is ready to wear many hats. If you’re entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and have strong communication and organisational skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management & Outreach: Schedule and coordinate meetings with investors and partners.

2. Lead Generation & Research: Find and verify prospective clients and partners. Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking tools.

3. Presentation Support: Create and update presentations for meetings and pitches. Assist with simple reporting and investor decks.

4. Content Ideation & Social Media: Brainstorm content ideas for real estate investment social channels and investor reports.

5. Administrative Support: Handle general admin duties in a start-up like environment. Assist in setting up systems and processes as we grow.

Qualifications:

Degrees in Marketing, Business, Operations or other related fields

Requirements:

1. Excellent command of both spoken and written English

2. Prior experience with research, business growth and operations work.

3. Comfortable making professional calls and setting meetings.

4. Google Suite skills, knowledge of social media platforms

5. Good understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering.

6. Most importantly, high level of initiative and willingness to learn, adapt, and manage multiple responsibilities
