Job description

Objective: Create reports, format data, and generate flat files using formulas, pivot tables, advanced filters, and other advanced Excel features. Independently retrieve data from various sources (PDF, CSV, DAT, etc.) and organize it into formats suitable for EDI exchange using Macros.

Main responsibilities: Support the Customs Brokerage Department by compiling and organizing data from raw data files into required formats.

Ensure adherence to company procedures and productivity standards. Maintain high productivity and ensure a smooth flow of files. Continuously develop skills by attending training classes to meet the required training hours. Complete tasks and assignments promptly and to the best of your ability. Be organized and detail-oriented in all tasks.

Reporting to: Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Other interactions: Customer Service Team

Number required: 1

Duration: Permanent

Desired start date: Immediately

Probation: 3 months

Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Saturday - Thursday

Commission / Bonus: Monthly, performance-based

Specialist knowledge: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications with advanced MS Excel. Visual Basic Programming is an advantage.
