This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, sourcing material quotations, and supporting the project team with budgeting and tender submissions. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of estimation processes and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

You are an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience preparing cost estimates for construction or interior fit-out projects. You understand materials, pricing, and market suppliers. You enjoy working with numbers, comparing quotations, and supporting the project team with accurate budgets.

You will prepare accurate cost estimates and support the project team in pricing, budgeting, and tender submissions. Your work ensures the company remains competitive while maintaining profitability.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Source material quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare cost sheets, price comparisons, and quantity take-offs.
• Support management in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
• Maintain updated pricing records for materials and subcontractors.
• Review project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on estimation progress and pricing trends.
• Assist project teams with budgeting and cost-related documentation.
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards and project requirements.
