Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in the software industry, selling ERP solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle for software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance/software companies, brokers, and TPAs in the Middle East.
• Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to develop solution proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.
