This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the resorts engineering operations run smoothly maintaining the highest standards of excellence in a picturesque setting. As the Engineering Supervisor you will oversee maintenance tasks lead a team of engineers and guarantee that all facilities are in optimal condition for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all engineering maintenance activities within the resort
• Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency
• Lead and train a team of engineers and technicians on best practices and safety standards
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Manage the budget and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Prepare reports on the performance of engineering operations and propose improvements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry ideally in a luxury resort setting
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering and maintenance standards
• Proficiency in electrical mechanical and HVAC systems
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
