• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR advisory support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company's Emiratisation strategy and deliver bi-annual targets.
• Act as a point of contact for Emirati employees and partner with management.

Skills

Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and Emiratisation requirements

Ability to influence and coach managers

Strong relationship-building skills

Competence in HR systems and reporting tools

Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
