Overview

Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers in Finance as Accounts Receivable Specialist. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable processes: customer clearing and reconciliation, posting payments for assigned customers, verifying rebate charges in line with Business Development Agreement terms, and handling deduction posting and clearing to customer accounts.
  • Prepare consolidated reports for the Sales team, including timely preparation and posting of GRVs shared by Sales and maintaining audit monthly documentation.
  • Review and release sales orders based on blocking criteria and maintain accurate cheque logs for deposits.
  • During the second year, prepare and share customer statements of account (SOA) accurately and on time, assist in creating new customer profiles, support preparation of aging receivables reports, and contribute to invoice verification for SAP Trade Management (SAP TM) processes.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
