Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects across GCC countries.

Expertise in CE customization (plugins web resources custom connectors).

Strong Power Platform development skills (Power Automate Power Pages Dataverse Copilot Studio).

Knowledge of CE modules to align technical solutions with functional needs.

Experience with DevOps CI/CD and environment management.

Arabic speaking (good to have).
