Candidates should reside or be based within a reasonable commute of Jebel Ali / Jafza or nearby industrial zones. This role requires frequent onsite visits, often on short notice, to support premium clients in the area.

Job Summary

BDA is expanding, and Dubai is next on our map. We're seeking a seasoned entrepreneurial sales leader to spearhead our entry into the UAE market. This is a unique opportunity to represent one of the Top 5 global distributors in the promotional merchandise industry, driving new revenue opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and establishing BDA's footprint in a growing, dynamic region.

As our Dubai Sales Lead, you'll be both a trusted strategic partner— identifying growth opportunities, solving client challenges through creative branded solutions, and serving as the face of BDA in the region. You'll also champion quality and execution, helping us meet high-stakes deadlines with speed, accuracy, and professionalism our clients can count on.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Be a key strategic partner and drive new business within Dubai and the UAE, utilizing your industry knowledge to connect and create brand merchandising needs for established clients.
  2. Act as BDA's local market expert, bringing deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, cultural nuances, and client needs.
  3. Build and manage a portfolio of client opportunities, ensuring accuracy to client needs and delivering solutions that make brands stand out.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions reflecting brand identity and marketing goals.
  5. Serve as an industry expert, uncovering opportunities to help clients' brands thrive through creative merchandise strategies.
  6. Provide leadership on logistics, including supplier partnerships, shipping, and operational needs specific to Dubai.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality promotional products under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  8. Represent BDA professionally at trade events, client meetings, and industry functions.
  9. Share insights and data to inform strategic planning and regional expansion.

  • Experience managing large, complex accounts, preferably with Fortune 500 or high-growth clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding of shipping, logistics, and regional distribution practices in Dubai.
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Professional network in the UAE is preferred.

This role will be hired through our trusted globalization partner. Compensation will be fair, competitive, and aligned with local standards in Dubai. Compensation details will depend on factors like skills, education, and location. We value pay equity and transparency; the listed salary range is full base salary, with potential for growth. Our total compensation includes benefits such as PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, mental health, financial wellness programs, and professional development. Revenue-generating roles may be eligible for incentives.
