  • Develop tentative deliverable schedule based on forecasts.
  • Control issuance of document numbers and maintain proper document registers.

Job description
  • Understand requirements, scope of work, project requirements and other documents, and establish applicability to the scope of work.
  • Keep updated through the study of related literature including procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to perform various activities related to document controller under supervision.
  • Knowledge, understanding and application of various constraints.
  • Ensure necessary HSE requirements for the mobilizations are duly addressed.
  • Ability to complete communicate with relevant parties, develop reports and seek necessary approvals prior to Vendor/ Subcontractor mobilization.
  • Attend meeting with Commissioning team leaders to update the progress and receive daily reports.
  • Receives and registers Project documents, including in-house generated document.
  • Regularly contact with discipline engineers and supervisors for scheduling of documentations.
  • Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenances of proper document register.
  • Maintain proper records for traceability.
  • Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Supervisor.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to understand engineering deliverables for the Project.
  • Develop tentative deliverable schedule based on the forecast provided by Commissioning Manager/ Team Leader.
  • Familiar with activities related with documentation approval process as per the project requirements.
  • Familiar with Clients requirements such as turnover cycle, contact points and formats.
  • Communicate with Vendor/ Subcontractor, if required.
  • Interfaces with various project teams to ensure integration of activities.
  • Reports on vendor engagement upon completion of the assignment including taking custody of the Vendor/ Subcontractor time sheets
  • Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Qualifications
