Overview
To drive travel trade sales performance across designated territories through strategic planning, market intelligence, client relationship management, and alignment with Dusit’s global sales initiatives. This role ensures the brand’s strong market positioning and revenue growth from the assigned regions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing activities within assigned territories and implement strategic monthly sales plans.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis and report on competitive landscape and market opportunities.
- Proactively solicit business from travel agents, tour operators, PCOs, and luxury travel specialists.
- Identify and establish new client relationships, assessing their potential revenue contribution.
- Participate in promotional activities like familiarization trips, site inspections, and sales missions to achieve targets.
- Prepare monthly sales reports detailing activities, leads, and market insights.
- Organize and execute sales events and client engagement activities.

Dusit International Corporate Office in Dubai
Reporting Line & Communication
- Reports to the Corporate Director of Global & Corporate / MICE.
- Coordinates with all concerned personnel to ensure that all activities are accomplished.
- Communicates effectively with guests, clients, business partners and staff.

- Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
- Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
