About Us:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Delivery Director to lead and oversee cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure consistent operational excellence across our product portfolio.

Position Overview:

As the Delivery Director, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of client engagements and internal initiatives, ensuring alignment between product vision, client expectations, and execution timelines. You will manage a team of delivery managers, and cross-functional contributors. Your focus will be on meeting SLAs, optimizing delivery workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and supporting scale as the company grows.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational rigor, customer empathy, and agile leadership, along with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Delivery Oversight

  • Own and manage the delivery lifecycle of multiple projects..
  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance models that align with business priorities.
  • Ensure all deliveries meet timelines, budgets, compliance, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, escalations, and dependencies.

Team & Resource Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional delivery teams across multiple projects.
  • Partner with Talent/HR to plan headcount needs, resourcing, and workforce planning.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the senior escalation point for clients, building trust and delivering confidence in execution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure shared ownership of delivery success.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable roadmaps and project plans.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews.

Process Optimization & Tools

  • Continuously refine delivery processes using agile, lean, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Evaluate and improve tooling for project tracking, resource allocation, and reporting (e.g., Jira, Linear, Confluence).
  • Drive improvements, and quality through automation and better workflows.

Metrics, Reporting & Communication

  • Define and monitor delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • 8–12 years of experience in delivery management, operations, or project management roles.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects at scale.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, consulting, or regulated industry environments (preferred).

Skills:

  • Expertise in delivery methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar, multi-project programs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Experience with project and resource management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on KPIs, forecasting, and reporting
  • Conflict resolution, prioritization, and risk management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with AI/ML deployment cycles is a plus
