About the Role

Our client is launching a digital marketing agency alongside a state-of-the-art podcast studio in Ras Al Khaimah. We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial leader to spearhead this exciting venture — building and growing the agency’s digital marketing offering while managing and commercially operating the podcast studio.

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a start-up environment, is passionate about digital marketing and content, and has the drive to build and scale a business from the ground up. Podcast studio experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow the digital marketing agency’s operations in RAK.
• Oversee campaign delivery across content, social media, paid ads, and reporting.
• Develop growth strategies, marketing packages, and new revenue opportunities.
• Lead client relationships, proposals, and service delivery excellence.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the podcast studio, including client bookings and production schedules.
• Oversee podcast projects from concept to completion — recording, editing, and publishing.
• Develop and market the studio as a creative content hub in RAK.

Team & Operations

• Build and manage a team of editors, freelancers, and content creators.
• Coordinate creative direction and ensure high-quality output across all deliverables.
• Foster local business partnerships and community engagement.

Core Requirements

• Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to build and scale a new business.
• Excellent spoken and written English (fluency essential; native not required).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience managing or operating a podcast studio or production environment.
• Hands-on digital marketing experience: content creation, social media management, and paid campaigns.
• Understanding of podcast workflows (recording, editing, packaging, publishing).
• Creative direction and ability to brief designers, editors, and content teams.
• Client service experience, including proposals and project management.
• Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
