Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking a forward‑thinking and experienced Digital Lead to drive and implement digital transformation initiatives across major construction projects in the UAE. This pivotal role involves integrating advanced digital tools such as BIM, data analytics and emerging smart construction technologies to enhance project delivery efficiency, sustainability and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development and execution of digital transformation initiatives across construction and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee and manage BIM implementation ensuring alignment and coordination among multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Integrate digital platforms such as Common Data Environments (CDEs), IoT sensors and Digital Twins to optimize workflows from design through operations.
• Champion the adoption of innovative construction technologies including drones, AI/ML for planning and AR/VR for design visualization, and digital site monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure digital practices are compliant with UAE regulations, smart city initiatives and sustainability standards like Estidama.
• Identify, evaluate and implement software solutions including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera, Oracle Aconex and other project‑specific platforms.
• Establish and manage data governance frameworks ensuring data security, integrity and seamless integration across systems.
• Drive digital capability building by conducting training workshops and providing change management support for internal teams.
• Define and track digital KPIs, analyze ROI and deliver detailed reports on digital progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology Sweden? Actually "Information Technology or a related field."
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong expertise in BIM workflows, CDE systems and digital construction platforms.
