Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services.
• Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development, and supplier relationship management.
• Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance.
• Deliver cost optimization initiatives and value‑creation projects.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Integrate market insights into sourcing plans and supplier strategies.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with budgets and frameworks.

About You

We're looking for a professional who brings:

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Solid experience in one or more of the following categories: Marketing, IT, or Corporate Services.
• Experience in large‑scale procurement organisations or leading consultancies will be highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (CIPS or Project Management certifications preferred).
• 10-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba). Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable financial and operational value.
• Ability to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and make strategic recommendations that influence decisions.
