Urgent hiring for Demi Chef de Partie in Dubai Khawaneej.
Salary offered: 2000 AED + 250 Food allowances. Accommodation and flight tickets are provided by the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Food preparation: Preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen management: Assisting in all areas of the kitchen, managing line cooks and station chefs, and training junior chefs.
  • Kitchen cleanliness: Ensuring the kitchen and equipment are clean and tidy, and maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Customer service: Providing customer service to staff and customers.
  • Menu specials: Informing food and beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock menu items.
  • Excess food: Informing the chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
  • Recipe development: Assisting senior chefs in recipe and dish development.
  • Consistency and quality: Ensuring consistency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and the highest level of sanitation are maintained.
  • Environmental separation: Ensuring environmental separation standards are followed.
  • Other duties: Carrying out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the management team.
