We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Project Lead (SME) to join our onsite team in Dubai. This role is critical in implementing a Data Management framework across the organization ensuring the successful of policies procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Data Governance frameworks policies and procedures.
• Oversee project planning budgeting risk management and .
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data management standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive Data Operationalization.
• Manage the endtoend of data governance initiatives and projects.
• Utilize Data Governance tools such as Informatica DEQ EDC AXON etc.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data governance strategy and best practices.

Key Requirements

• 12 years of experience in Data Governance & Data Management preferably within Banking & Financial Services.
• Strong background in Project Management & Change Management.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Finance or related field Masters preferred.
• Handson experience with Data Strategy implementation and governance tools.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a huge plus.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects in a fastpaced environment.
