This position reports to:

Regional Sales & Solutions Leader, ELDS MEA&T

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the Data Center accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. Additionally, you will provide input on market price developments and trends.

The work model for this role is onsite. It contributes to the Electrification Business Area in the Gulf Sub-Region, including Saudi Arabia.

Main stakeholders include Regional & Country Sales Leaders and Division Business lines.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the Data Center accounts plan and growth actions for Statements of Work.
  • Understanding key business drivers and emerging risks (e.g., sustainability, digital, cybersecurity) of global customers, translating them into impacts and opportunities for ABB.
  • Participating in developing sales strategies for the account with current business and long-term plans.
  • Defining sales targets, providing input on market price developments, monitoring competitors, and ensuring response strategies are in place.

  • Immersed and engaged in the Data Center market.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Electrification Industry or Marketing & Sales.
  • Passionate about Business Development, account planning, stakeholder, and relationship management.
