Qualifications

  • Understanding of HACCP, GMPs, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tests on raw milk, ingredients, and finished dairy products.
  • Conduct environmental and allergen swabbing for sanitation verification.
  • Inspect packaging and raw materials as per receiving program.
