  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly, escalating issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Gather feedback on client satisfaction and report insights to senior team members.
  • Build and grow professional relationships with client counterparts, Corporate colleagues, prospects, and UAE onshore insurance markets.
  • Become a Cyber Insurance subject matter expert for the Corporate Team in UAE.
  • Explain the Cyber Insurance value proposition, Marsh capabilities, and data analysis to clients.
  • Coordinate with the DIFC Cyber team to relay client requirements (industry, risk exposure) and commercial context (competition, budget) to secure the best insurance terms.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Executives to present insurance terms to clients.
  • Manage client onboarding and engagement throughout the lifecycle of the cyber insurance program.
  • Organize regular workshops and best practice sharing sessions internally and externally to raise awareness about Marsh Cyber Insurance Solutions and the Cyber Risk environment.
  • Contribute to Cyber Insurance product development as part of the wider Cyber team, focusing on the Corporate segment.
