We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data science and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery are the reasons clients continue to invest in our products. This role involves executing projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.
Responsibilities
- Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs.
- Analyze and interpret sales and consumer data, presenting key insights to clients virtually.
- Set up and refresh cyclical reports.
- Draft reports and presentations (category overviews and issue-based), building a story, finalizing conclusions, and proposing recommendations.
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Attend client meetings and presentations over calls.
- Discuss analysis design to best answer client questions with the Client Business Partner and senior team members.
- Manage internal stakeholders, such as the Global Report Center Team.
- Provide feedback on client needs and challenge internal processes to deliver those needs effectively.
- Drive client value to achieve revenue and satisfaction targets.
- Use NIQ data to identify opportunities and threats for clients' brands.
- Introduce additional NielsenIQ services when appropriate.
- Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) and overall client satisfaction.
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration within NielsenIQ and with clients.
About you

Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- 45 years of experience in Market Research.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills, with an interest in storytelling techniques.
- High level of client service skills and understanding of growth and brand strategy.
- Business acumen and good knowledge of market dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
