Synopsis



Planning efficient and compliant Pilot and Cabin Crew Roster within the regulations of the GCAA, company policies and guidelines. Meeting all Flight Operations objectives to legally cover all sectors in the network operation with qualified crew

Accountabilities



  • Administer roster optimisation, utilizing strategic approaches to achieve efficient, cost effective and fatigue risk managed roster for Pilot and Cabin crew while respecting the complexities of the GCAA rules and regulations.
  • During roster optimization review Pilot and Cabin Crew roster fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness whilst balancing crew satisfaction,
  • Analyse multiple optimised roster solutions; against departmental KPI’s while making recommendations to line manager on ideal roster solutions.
  • Assignment of roster pre-assignments in an optimal manner (excluding training) in crew tracking system in preparation for the monthly roster optimization.
  • Provide feedback to Pilots and Cabin crew on roster stability and roster satisfaction.
  • Monitor email accounts and reply to both internal stakeholders and crewmembers in required timeframe.

Education & Experience



  • Post-secondary education (i.e. diploma, degree and/or courses in related fields or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant Airline crew scheduling/planning; with relevant systems experience.
