Creative Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai

We are currently working with a fast-growing company that is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand building, creative storytelling, and developing campaigns that truly resonate with consumers.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity across multiple touchpoints - from digital and social content to packaging, product launches, and community events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and transform business objectives into bold creative concepts that inspire engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and protect a consistent brand identity across all platforms (digital, print, packaging, in-app).
  • Create and execute innovative campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Adapt messaging and design to reflect cultural nuances within the UAE while staying true to the brand’s essence.
  • Lead creative campaign development, from concept, copy, and design to social media trends and viral activations.
  • Oversee the creative lifecycle, managing designers, photographers, and producers to deliver high-quality assets on time.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to keep branding relevant and competitive.
  • Use customer feedback and performance data to refine and improve campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively across marketing, design, operations, and product teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative, brand, or marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong copywriting and creative writing skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates experience across digital, print, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling visuals and stories.
  • Culturally aware, with knowledge of UAE consumer trends.
