We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing manager, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing internal communications, social media posts, F&B menus and leaflets, as well as adapting branding materials across various platforms. A bilingual creative thinker and communicator with a growth mindset, passion for design and innovation, and mastery of digital design tools are all great assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and visually consistent internal communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and employee campaigns.
- Create social media visuals (static, animated, and short-form video) optimized for various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop and design F&B materials including menus, promotional flyers, table cards, and seasonal campaign creatives.
- Adapt branding across various touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency while meeting platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with company goals.
- Produce simple animations and motion graphics for digital use (stories, reels, ads).
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to keep our brand visuals fresh and innovative.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in internal communications, social media, and F&B design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (or equivalent tools like Canva Pro, Figma).
- Experience in creating and editing short-form animations and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or corporate communications.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Marketing Agency experience is an added benefit.
