Overview

Global executive talent search consultant for GCC and Middle East region. We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven background in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry to drive operational excellence, business development, and compliance across the country. This role is responsible for ensuring safe working practices, building strong client relationships, achieving business targets, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure safe working practices are implemented nationwide.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory laws, certification standards, internal audits, and organizational policies.

Business Development & Client Retention

  • Lead customer meetings independently and in coordination with the Country Supervisor.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their business background and evolving needs.
  • Drive topline and bottom-line growth, including timely realization of dues.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and sustain 100% service levels by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Ensure laboratory operations meet defined standards, SOPs, accuracy benchmarks, and turnaround times (TAT).
  • Develop cost-effective, value-added service strategies.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and develop a strong team through engagement and regular team-building initiatives.

Finance & Administration

  • Oversee accounts to ensure accuracy and best accounting practices.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of organizational policies, practices, and directives across the country.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake any other tasks or assignments delegated by management.
