Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) – Dubai

An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its growing team in Dubai, with regular exposure to matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the partners and team advising international clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. The role offers excellent long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and foreign direct investment.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supporting cross-border transactions involving banking & finance, real estate, technology, and IP.
  • Working directly with multinational clients on market entry, structuring, and compliance across the GCC.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a Legal 500 law firm, ideally in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong background in corporate law and commercial drafting.
  • Experience or interest in working on Middle East-focused transactions, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
  • Flexible, hands‑on approach and willingness to support a broad range of matters.
  • Arabic language skills and/or previous regional experience would be an advantage but are not essential.
