About The Role

Assist and coordinate the daily operations of the Royal Club Services team. Ensure all VIP, Royal Club, and Suite guests receive professional and courteous service as per resort standards. Maintain efficient communication with guests and internal departments. Facilitate proactive communication between the Royal Club Team, Front Office, and hotel leadership. Support daily operations of Royal Club Services, ensuring adherence to resort standards by all team members.

About You

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Opera or similar. Passionate about service delivery, with excellent communication skills. Ability to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous due to guest demographics.
