Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to food safety standards and ensure all food‑handling practices meet local health‑code requirements.

  • Respond promptly to feedback and adjust cooking methods to maintain consistency and quality.
Requirements:
  • 13 years of proven experience in a professional kitchen environment preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices (HACCP or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in preparing a diverse range of cuisines with emphasis on speed, precision, and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
