Job summary

A leading contracting company in Dubai seeks a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal. The role includes providing essential contract management services, educating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in contract management. This full-time position demands fluency in English and Arabic along with strong organizational skills. Remote work is not an option.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in contract management or business proposal pricing preparation.
  • Comprehensive experience in contract administration including award negotiations and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts across various verticals and scales.
  • Provide essential contract management services and resolve conflicts.
  • Educate stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities in the contracts.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on contract statuses.

Skills

Fluency in English and Arabic
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
