Responsibilities

• Administrate, evaluate, and maintain accurate project records throughout all contract phases.
• Draft clear, concise, and factual contractual letters and correspondence as required.
• Support the preparation of detailed claim reports, variation proposals, and contractual assessments.
• Generate and update contract and claim management reports for business partners and management.
• Align overarching and case‑specific claiming strategies with Project Management, consortium partners, and internal business units.
• Proactively identify events affecting contractual rights and ensure the company’s interests are protected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contracts Management in projects, preferably with UAE‑based customers.
• Excellent knowledge of contract law and standard conditions of contract.
• Strong understanding of contract administration practices in construction projects.
• Familiarity with UAE and Oman regulations governing construction contracts.
• Strong contractual writing skills, with the ability to draft concise, factual, and substantiated correspondence and claim reports.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple contracts simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in analyzing contract terms, project records, and claim management reports to identify risks or issues.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
