Role Description

Content Creator supports the full spectrum of end‑to‑end multimedia content creation across all EKTIFA brands. The role requires a hands‑on, all‑round visual content creator with strong capabilities in photography, videography, post‑production, storytelling, and AI‑powered creative workflows.

The position contributes to daily content production, campaigns, events, packaging support, archival systems, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure premium, consistent, and high‑performing content across digital, trade, corporate, and brand platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Production, Photography & Videography

  • Execute end‑to‑end content creation independently, including pre‑production planning, shooting, directing, editing, and final delivery.
  • Capture professional photography (product, lifestyle, food, farm, corporate, retail, and event photography).
  • Execute professional videography using handheld, tripod, gimbal, and multi‑camera setups.
  • Apply cinematic lighting techniques (natural, studio, mixed lighting) for both photography and video.
  • Capture high‑quality video and photography during field assignments across farms, factories, retail stores, events, and exhibitions.
  • Assist and support studio shoots including lighting setup, props, composition, framing, and creative direction alignment.
  • Adapt shooting techniques based on location constraints, timelines, and production requirements.
  • Edit high‑quality videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, brand films, corporate videos, and campaign assets.
  • Deliver broadcast‑quality post‑production including:
    • Colour correction and grading.
    • Audio cleanup and sound design.
    • Transitions, motion graphics, supers, subtitles, and animated text.
  • Retouch and enhance photography for packshots, lifestyle imagery, campaigns, and documentation.
  • Create stop‑motion videos, storytelling animations, product explainers, and motion‑led visuals.
  • Manage multiple aspect ratios and formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, vertical, square, landscape) for digital, ATL, BTL, and internal use.
  • Maintain consistency with brand colour grading, typography, and visual tone.

2. Content Planning & Creative Execution

  • Support the development of monthly and campaign‑based content calendars.
  • Convert briefs into clear visual concepts and execution‑ready content aligned with brand identity.
  • Research content trends, formats, sounds, storytelling styles, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour.

3. Social Media & Digital Creative Development

  • Produce platform‑optimised content.
  • Create animated covers, thumbnails, motion templates, and fast‑turnaround edits.
  • Adapt campaign assets across platforms while maintaining creative consistency.
  • Support paid media and digital teams with ad‑ready visual assets.

4. Event, Activation & Field Coverage

  • Cover product launches, in‑store activations, trade events, corporate ceremonies, exhibitions, and official events.
  • Deliver live snippets, same‑day edits, and highlight visuals when required.
  • Maintain flexibility for evening and weekend work based on event schedules.

5. Asset Management & Content Archiving

  • Organise and manage raw footage, edited files, project folders, LUTs, presets, templates, and exports.
  • Maintain a structured content library organised by brand, project, date and category.
  • Provide assets to marketing, trade, e‑commerce, PR, and internal departments upon request.
  • Maintain updated visual archives of farms, production processes, packaging and brand milestones.

6. Creative Support For Packaging & Trade

  • Support branding and packaging teams with pack visuals and packaging photography.
  • Capture in‑store and on‑shelf assets for planogram checks, audits and trade reporting.
  • Create simple static graphics when required.
  • Use AI tools to support storyboard generation, visual references and mood boards, image and video cleanup, enhancement and upscaling.
  • Apply AI‑assisted workflows for creative acceleration while maintaining brand safety.
  • Explore next‑generation content formats including AR/VR‑ready visuals and 3D mockups.
  • Continuously research emerging AI tools to improve speed, quality and efficiency.

7. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with content developers, designers, digital, trade marketing, e‑commerce, PR and brand teams.
  • Ensure all visual output is aligned, consistent and strategically driven.
  • Support internal teams with visual storytelling and execution excellence.
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film, Photography, Digital Production, or equivalent portfolio‑based professional experience.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in content creation, videography, photography, multimedia production or agency/FMCG environments.
  • Proven experience managing full content production cycles from concept to final delivery.
  • Portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, post‑production, motion graphics and AI‑enhanced work.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and working knowledge of Illustrator for simple graphic tasks.
  • Experience with professional camera systems (Canon / Sony / Nikon or equivalent).
  • Hands‑on experience with lighting setups, gimbals, stabilisers and audio equipment.
  • Strong familiarity with AI creative tools for visual enhancement and ideation.

  • Strong creative judgment and storytelling ability.
