Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with urological disorders.
  • Diagnose conditions including but not limited to urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and prostate issues.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Perform a variety of surgical procedures, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventative care, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient management.
  • Engage in clinical research initiatives to advance the field of urology and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • MD or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Urology.
  • Board certification in Urology is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Urology.
  • Expertise in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
