You will be responsible for managing a module of work or leading a small project team (1-2 members). This involves guiding client teams and structuring analyses to address key client challenges. Key objectives include serving as an internal role model, building expertise with mid-level client management, and engaging in business development activities such as preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and analysis: Garnering market intelligence through secondary research and interactions with business stakeholders. Collating, validating, and analyzing data to derive critical insights.
- Strategy and/or business planning experience.
- Excel modelling: Developing basic Excel-based models such as market sizing, demand estimation, strategic attractiveness, and forecasting models.
- Report preparation: Developing industry and competition profiles, creating module reports, and assisting supervisors in drafting client-ready deliverables.
- Consistent and error-free delivery: Ensuring submissions are accurate and taking ownership of work.
- Business Support: Leveraging sector and technology knowledge to support proposals.
- Thought Leadership: Staying updated with industry trends and sharing ideas through various platforms.
- Stakeholder management: Managing key stakeholders by sector/practice area to meet or exceed expectations and adhere to timelines.
- Content development: Creating high-quality content.
- Global collaboration: Working with a team of experts worldwide to enhance customer experience.
Required competencies include:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or strategic roles within relevant sectors.
- Postgraduate qualification, MBA preferred.
- Mandatory engineering background in mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical disciplines.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
