Role Description

This is a full-timeon-site role for a Composites Production Manager at SFG Composites in Dubai.The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of compositeproduction, ensuring product quality, timely manufacturing, and efficientdelivery. Responsibilities include managing production processes such asCompression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, Wet Lay-up, Autoclave prepreg, andVacuum molding.

Qualifications

· Experience inComposite Production Management, Manufacturing, and Operations

· Knowledge of CompositeManufacturing Processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding,and Autoclave prepreg

· Skills in ProductionPlanning, Quality Control, and Inventory Management

· Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
