An international Oil and Gas company is actively searching for an experienced Group Compliance Officer to join their exploration department in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to all departments and senior management on all compliance matters relating to the group.
  • Manage the group’s exposure to compliance and regulatory risks.
  • Advise management on the impact of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external advisers and interfaces with any relevant regulators.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance within the control framework, financial authorities manual, contracts & purchasing policy, code of conduct and other key corporate governance policies.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Degree in law and qualified as a lawyer / solicitor.
  • Direct oil & gas experience.
