Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving community mall in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal mall performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing tenant relationships and facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the community mall, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance schedules
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the mall and its tenants.
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
- Oversee lease compliance, tenant mix optimization, and renewal negotiations.
- Coordinate tenant onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor tenant performance and occupancy levels to maximize revenue.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Coordinate events and activities that engage the community and drive foot traffic.
- Prepare and monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.
- Monitor revenue streams including rent collection, common area charges, and promotional fees.
- Collaborate with facilities management teams to ensure optimal building performance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Supervise cleaning, landscaping, and general maintenance contractors.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to foster partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the mall.
- Monitor customer flow, satisfaction levels, and overall mall performance.
- Prepare reports for senior management on mall performance and strategic initiatives.
