Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including those with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organizations.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the digital asset space, including fiat ramps and marketing agreements.
3. Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents.
4. Work closely with product, operations, admin, and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally.
5. Monitor, interpret, and provide updates on developments in the digital asset space in MENA.
6. Assist in training and uplifting junior lawyers.

Requirements

1. 36 years PQE with direct experience in loan/finance transactions from a global law firm or a well-regarded in-house organization.
2. Strong understanding and experience in drafting and analyzing commercial contracts.
3. Familiarity with MENA legal frameworks, particularly in UAE and Bahrain.
