POSITION SUMMARY

The Mina Seyahi and Le Meridien Dubai cluster is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Learning & Development Executive to energize and elevate the training culture across five iconic Marriott hotel brands. This role involves creating impactful workshops and development programs that align with Marriott's global standards, driving learning initiatives, onboarding experiences, and leadership development to foster a culture of excellence, growth, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. The role requires adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills are essential for preparing and reviewing documents, answering calls professionally, and developing positive relationships with colleagues and guests. The position also involves ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining professionalism in appearance, and performing physical tasks as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None required.
