At Club InterContinental, excellence is felt, not announced. We’re looking for a Club InterContinental Supervisor who leads with calm confidence, orchestrates seamless Front Office and lounge operations, and ensures our most valued guests experience effortless luxury from arrival to departure.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth and personalised check-in and check-out experiences
  • Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent, refined service standards
  • Ensure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated
  • Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism
  • Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at every touchpoint
  • Support billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with established procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations
What We need from you:
  • 3–4 years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role
  • Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service
  • Confident, polished, and professional communication style
  • Natural leadership approach with the ability to lead by example
  • Experience with Opera or a similar PMS preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
