About the role

Role: Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Onsite in Dubai

Adecco is hiring a Cloud Network Support Specialist for our prestigious client in Dubai

Maintain and administer highly available and secured data and voice networks and related computing environments Ensure the availability, uptime and performance and quality of the Network Systems and services, provide enterprise-wide support for complex network systems and interconnected technologies that require day-to-day support to maintain optimum performance and utilization of network devices and services, involve in troubleshooting (Incident diagnose and analysis) to identify and resolve network issues quickly and accurately, Ensure network devices schedule backups.

What youâll be doing

• Support in maintaining Cloud Network Services, DC Network Infrastructure environment, WAN, LAN network, Data & Voice lines
• Analyze and resolve network faults, involve in troubleshooting to identify, and resolve network issues quickly and accurately.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to networks and related services.
• Meet users, other stake holderâs requests /demands, timely response to the end-users, co-workers, Support issues and honor commitment in time.
• Carry out Periodic Preventive Maintenance of Network Devices / minor version upgrade.
• Follow SOPs, Policy and Procedure, Change Management compliance, Security Compliance, Support Network Audit.

About you

• IT Certifications CCNA and CCNP are mandatory
• Must have experience with Cloud Networking (Experience working with Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or multi cloud environment.)
• Cisco ACI or Similar SDN (Software Defined Network) technology.
• Automation tools (Ansible/Jenkins or Similar technology)
• Willing to work 24/7 support in operations role and attitude to extending beyond to support whenever there is a demand and in crisis. The person should be analytical and should have good problem-solving skills.
