About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client‑centric Client Relations Manager to strengthen and grow our client portfolio in the training and consulting industry. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, manage the client‑journey end‑to‑end and support business growth through repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients: understand their training and consulting needs, objectives and business challenges.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients, HR/executive leadership, learning & development heads and other stakeholders in organisations.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to keep client pipelines active: support client meetings, deliver presentations, prepare proposals and follow up on leads.
- Liaise with internal teams (training delivery, curriculum development, consulting services, operations) to ensure service offerings align with client expectations and project deliverables.
- Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery performance: gather feedback, resolve issues, conduct follow‑up and ensure high quality client experience.
- Identify opportunities for value‑added services, upsell and cross‑sell training or consulting solutions to existing clients, and drive client retention and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, update CRM, manage reporting, client dashboards and forecast renewals and expansions.
- Stay informed about market trends in training & consulting, competitor offerings, client procurement practices and propose enhancements to client‑servicing models.
- Support contract renewals, service agreements, pricing discussions and ensure adherence to contracted service levels.
- Prepare regular client‑relations reports for senior management: account status, renewal pipeline, client feedback, improvement actions and risk‑areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field. A Masters or relevant certificate is a plus.
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in client relationship management, account management or business development preferably within training, consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated track‑record of managing corporate clients, delivering service excellence and growing client accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage with senior decision‑makers in client organisations.
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder‑management skills: able to coordinate across internal teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint) and generating client‑centric reports.
- Proactive and results‑oriented personality: ability to identify client needs, respond quickly and drive action.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
